Notice period If you cannot attend your appointment please let us know at least 48 hours beforehand, so that we can arrange another appointment for you. If you cancel your counselling session with less than 48 hours notice (two working-days), the appointment is likely to count as one of your short term counselling sessions. It may take 1 - 2 weeks before we can offer you another appointment time. If you simply don't turn up for an appointment we will wait for you to contact us. Serial cancellation If you serially don't keep appointments we may not be able to offer you ongoing counselling.
