Self Help Resource List When you attend for an assessment appointment your counsellor may recommend some resources to assist you with the issue(s) you wish to work on. Support groups Attend a support group in person, or register for an online forum. Online Courses and Workbooks Watch online courses, download interactive workbooks, or take control by using recommended apps. Guides, Booklets and E-Books We recommend a series of self-help books that other students have found useful. Factsheets Read summary information about symptoms and treatment for common issues, from Mind, the NHS and The Royal College of Psychiatrists.
